Nasz katalog gier i lobby

Każdy z was może w każdym momencie zobaczyć postęp obrotu w sekcji „Moje bonusy".

Poza pakietem startowym prowadzimy cotygodniowy reload 50% do 500 zł, cashback do 15% od przegranych netto w kasynie w czasie rzeczywistym i cykliczne turnieje z pulą nagród w gotówce. Free spins pojawiają się też w naszych misjach tygodniowych – wystarczy wykonać trzy proste zadania, żeby odebrać paczkę obrotów bez dodatkowego depozytu.

No deposit bonus stanowi ofertę, którą uruchamiamy przy okazji nowych kampanii albo wydarzeń sezonowych.

Wszelkie warunki bonusów skompletowaliśmy w jednym oknie – w stopce strony, w sekcji „Regulamin promocji". Dbamy o to, żeby zapisy pozostawały krótkie, konkretne i wolne od podawania wyłącznie jednej liczby w sąsiednich zdaniach.

Sigourney Weaver narrates Human Nature, a new nature documentary from ASICS exploring howour modern-day habitats are changing the way we move.

  • People report spending 86% of their waking day not moving.
  • Today, 53% of adults surveyed are failing to meet recommended physical activity guidelines.
  • By 2035, that figure is projected to rise to 56% – equivalent to 2.3 billion adults[1]across the countries studied.
  • 64% say modern life makes it easy to spend an entire day barely moving.
  • Just 15 minutes of movement can help uplift our mental state and help us thrive.

BENGALURU, OCTOBER 06, 2026: Ahead of World Mental Health Day, ASICS is issuing a conservation warning for movement, as new global research reveals people report spending 86% of their waking day not moving.

To highlight the issue, ASICS has released Human Nature, a new nature documentary narrated by the award-winning Sigourney Weaver. Turning the lens on humans, the short filmexplores how our modern-day habitats are quietly changing the way we move.

The global research , involving 34,000 people across 31 countries, found that more than half (53%) of adults report failing to meet recommended physical activity guidelines. To understand the scale of the issue, ASICS worked with experts to develop the world’s first Movement Conservation Status . Inspired by nature conservation and based on internationally recognised physical activity guidelines, it classifies movement levelsas Active, At Risk or Endangered.

The findings reveal that almost one in four people (23%) have movement levels classified as Endangered, doing less than 30 minutes of exercise each week. By 2035, the proportionof adults with movement levels classified as At Risk or Endangered is projected to rise from 53% to 56% – equivalent to an estimated 2.3 billion adults across the countries studied.

Movement levels are linked to our mental state

People whose movement is classified as Endangered report significantly lower State of Mind scores (60/100 on average) than those whose movement is classified as Active (71/100).They also report feeling 23% less energised, 20% less composed, 17% less focused and 16% more stressed than those whose movement is classified as Active.

Young people are particularly at risk. More than half (57%) of 18–24-year-olds report they fail to meet recommended activity levels, with 92% saying they experience negativeconsequences as a result, including low mood, increased stress and poor sleep.

Modern life is designing movement out

The research suggests modern convenience is quietly designing movement out of everyday life. Today, we can eat, work, bank, shop, socialise and entertain ourselves withoutmoving, and increasingly do. Nearly two-thirds of people (64%) say it is easy to spend an entire day barely moving because modern life is so convenient, while more than four in ten say they could comfortably not leave their home for three or more days.

And staying in has a cost. People who very often go a full day without leaving home have average State of Mind scores of 62/100, compared with 71/100 for those who never do- and are twice as likely to be moving at Endangered levels (40% vs 20%).

Technology is accelerating the trend. Forty-one per cent of people surveyed regularly complete errands online rather than in person, while 39% often socialise by phone orvideo instead of face-to-face. Among 18–24-year-olds, 41% now use AI to complete tasks they would previously have done themselves – the highest of any age group.

Just 15 minutes can help make a difference

But there is good news. Small amounts of movement can make a real difference, with ASICS research showing that just 15 minutes of movement can help deliver a measurable upliftin mental state.

David Raichlen, Professor of Biology and Anthropology at the University of Southern California, said: “We’ve built a world that makes movement optional. We can work, shop, socialise and be entertained without ever really moving – and while that’s convenient, our bodies and minds still depend on regular movement to stay healthy. The findings are areminder that movement isn’t an added extra; it’s fundamental to how we feel, think and function. The encouraging thing is that it doesn’t take much to change: small, achievable moments of activity can make a real difference, and the challenge is to simplybuild them back into the world we live in now.”

A new nature documentary

Human Nature takes a playful look at humans in their increasingly comfortable and convenient modern-day habitats. Returning to nature documentary narration, Sigourney Weaverlends her distinctive voice to the short film, which explores how sofas, screens and convenience are quietly replacing everyday movement. With a twist on the traditional conservation documentary, Human Nature shows how modern life is changing the way we move— and reminds us why movement is in our nature.

Saurabh Sharma, Senior Director- Marketing, ASICS India, said,“Movement has always been a fundamental part of being human. For generations, our daily lives naturally required us to move, whether it was to work, meet people or simply get things done. But with modern lifestyle, movement has gradually become optional.Today, we can work, shop, socialise and entertain ourselves without leaving our homes.

Our research shows that this shift is changing not only how much we move, but also how we feel. At ASICS, our philosophy of ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body’ has always been rootedin the belief that physical movement and mental wellbeing are deeply connected. As our lives continue to evolve, we need to make sure movement does not become something we only do when we exercise. It needs to remain part of how we live. Even small momentsof movement can make a difference, and that is what we want to encourage through our 15 Minutes to Thrive initiative this World Mental Health Day.”

This World Mental Health Day, ASICS is encouraging everyone to take 15 Minutes to Thrive, moving for just 15 minutes to help support body and mind.

People can also become an ASICS Movement Conservationist, joining a global community inspiring more people to move for body and mind.

Himachali Mountaineer Sachin Gangta Scales 25 Peaks Above 6,000 Metres in 21-Day Ladakh Expedition

Mountaineer from Shimla completes Project Changthang across Ladakh’s remote Changthang region, covering 200+ km, 18,000+ metres of cumulative elevation gain and 16 summit days; expedition inspired by Nirmal Purja ‘Nims Dai’

New Delhi | 7 October 2026: Mountaineer Sachin Gangta, founder of Himalayan Gypsie and a native of Kathasu village in Jubbal, Shimla, has completed an ambitious 21-day high-altitude expedition in Ladakh, scaling 25 peaks above 6,000 metres across the remote Changthang region between 10 and 30 September 2026.

Named Project Changthang, the expedition saw Gangta and his guide and climbing partner Padma Namgayal complete all 25 summit ascents. Over 21 days, the duo covered more than 200 kilometres, spent 16 days on summit climbs and recorded a cumulative elevation gain of more than 18,000 metres. Their highest camp was established at approximately 5,560 metres, as they moved through some of Ladakh’s most remote and demanding mountain terrain.

For Gangta, however, the number 25 was more than a mountaineering target. Born on 25 February, he chose 25 peaks as the defining objective of the expedition, turning a demanding high-altitude challenge into a personal tribute to his own journey and roots.

“I come from a place where the mountains are part of who we are. For me, this expedition was never just about counting summits. I wanted to take something personal from my place and carry it into the high mountains of Ladakh — 25 peaks for 25 February, my birth date. When you are standing above 6,000 metres, the number stops being important; what matters is whether you have the strength, discipline and humility to take the next step. Completing all 25 is something I will always carry with pride, especially as someone from Shimla and Himachal,” said Sachin Gangta, Founder, Himalayan Gypsie.

Project Changthang was also undertaken in memory and inspiration of Nirmal Purja, popularly known as Nims Dai. Gangta has drawn inspiration from Purja’s approach to high-altitude mountaineering and his determination to take on demanding challenges in some of the world’s highest mountains. For Gangta, dedicating the expedition to Nims Dai added a personal dimension to an already demanding journey.

The expedition took the climbers across Changthang, one of Ladakh’s highest and most remote regions, with an average elevation of around 4,500 metres. The prolonged exposure to altitude, extreme cold, strong winds, low oxygen availability and difficult terrain made acclimatisation, recovery and decision-making as important as physical endurance.

The summit objectives included Karzok Kangri, Mentok Kangri Trio 1, 2 and 3, Gyama South, Gyama South East, Gyama Central, Gyama East, Yalung Nong, Pologonka, Yalung Nong South, Kyagar Kangri, Chalung North, Spangnak Kangri, Spangnak Kangri North, Thugje, Chomo Chonkar 1 and 2, Sirsi Kangri, Zes Ri, Point 6250, Point 6270 and Point 6075, followed by the final climbs of UT Kangri and NDS Kangri.

Among the highest points reached during the expedition were Chalung North at 6,405 metres, Pologonka at 6,390 metres, Spangnak Kangri North at 6,380 metres and Spangnak Kangri at 6,370 metres.

Unlike a conventional mountaineering expedition built around a single major summit, Project Changthang was conceived as a continuous sequence of climbs across multiple peaks, requiring the climbers to repeatedly ascend, descend, recover and prepare for the next summit. Sixteen of the 21 days involved summit climbs, requiring the climbers to repeatedly manage acclimatisation, recovery, hydration, nutrition and equipment while moving through remote and demanding terrain.

“There were moments when the mountains made us slow down, and that is when you learn that mountaineering is not about defeating a mountain. It is about understanding when to push, when to wait and when to respect the conditions. The biggest achievement for me was not reaching the 25th summit; it was making the right decision on every mountain and returning safely,” Gangta said.

The expedition also comes at a time of increased attention on high-altitude mountaineering in Ladakh. On 25 September 2026, the Ministry of Defence announced that a 20-member expedition of the National Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (NIMAS) had completed first ascents of 20 previously unclimbed peaks above 6,000 metres in Ladakh in 23 days. The achievement was officially announced by the Press Information Bureau.

Project Changthang had a different objective, with Gangta completing 25 summit ascents above 6,000 metres in 21 days across the Changthang region. The achievement has been submitted to India World Records and other record bodies for formal consideration and verification.

The expedition required not only physical endurance but also careful judgement. Above 6,000 metres, reduced oxygen availability, extreme cold, strong winds and difficult terrain can make even basic movement demanding. With 16 summit climbs spread across the 21-day expedition, the climbers had to repeatedly balance physical recovery with preparation for the next climb while operating far from conventional infrastructure.

A native of Kathasu village in Jubbal, Shimla, Gangta is the founder of Himalayan Gypsie, an adventure and mountain-focused initiative working around trekking, expeditions and Himalayan experiences. He is also a member of Trek Yaari and remains actively connected with the trekking and mountaineering community.

Through Himalayan Gypsie and his association with Trek Yaari, Gangta works on trekking, mountain exploration and adventure experiences across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Nepal, with a focus on organised expeditions and outdoor experiences.

The Bear House Brings The Spirit Of Rugby Into Everyday Style With The Rugby Edit

A collection inspired by the character, resilience and understated confidence of the game, reworked for the modern wardrobe

India – National, October 5th, 2026: Rugby has always been about more than the game itself. It carries a sense of character, resilience, camaraderie and quiet confidence qualities that extend well beyond the field. Taking inspiration from this spirit, The Bear House introduces The Rugby Edit, a new collection that brings the attitude and visual codes of rugby into everyday menswear.

The collection looks at rugby through a fashion lens, taking familiar elements of the sport and giving them a more relaxed, contemporary feel. Drawing from its vintage athletic roots, The Rugby Edit combines structured details and classic sporting influences with silhouettes that feel easy to wear today.

At the heart of the collection is a simple idea: rugby is a mindset. It is about resilience, character and confidence without the need to be loud. These ideas come through in the collection’s vintage-inspired aesthetic, understated detailing and relaxed approach to

dressing, making the pieces work across casual outings, social occasions and everyday wear.

The collection includes T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts and co-ord sets, bringing the Rugby Edit’s aesthetic across a range of easy, versatile silhouettes. The pieces take cues from a vintage athletic subculture while keeping the overall look contemporary and wearable, allowing them to fit naturally into a modern wardrobe.

With The Rugby Edit, The Bear House explores how sport continues to influence the way people dress. Rather than recreating traditional sportswear, the collection takes the attitude and visual language associated with rugby and adapts it for life beyond the pitch.

Speaking about the collection, Tanvi Somaiya, Co-Founder, The Bear House, said, “Rugby has always stood for something bigger than the sport itself. It is about resilience, character, respect and the ability to keep moving forward. With The Rugby Edit, we wanted to capture that spirit of the game. The idea was to take the attitude of rugby and translate it into pieces that feel effortless, contemporary and relevant to everyday dressing.”

The Rugby Edit also reflects the growing connection between sport, culture and fashion, with sporting influences increasingly finding their way into everyday wardrobes. For The Bear House, the collection is less about recreating a rugby uniform and more about bringing the character and attitude of the sport into contemporary menswear.

The collection also opens up a wider conversation around rugby fashion and popular culture, exploring how the sport’s distinctive visual identity can influence the way modern menswear is styled and interpreted. As rugby continues to find greater visibility in India, The Bear House sees an opportunity to bring its aesthetic into a broader fashion conversation.

Why Women Are Driving India’s Next Nutrition Boom

For years, health for many Indian women was largely a reactive concern — something to address when a problem surfaced. That approach is gradually changing. Nutrition and wellness are increasingly becoming part of everyday health management, rather than something women turn to only in response to a diagnosis or health crisis.

Market research organisations differ on the precise size of India’s women’s health and wellness market, but the direction is consistent. In recent years, industry estimates have placed the market at around $4 billion to $5 billion, with annual growth projected at roughly 8 percent through the end of the decade. The exact figure may vary by methodology, but the broader trend is clear: women are spending more on their health and, importantly, starting earlier.

This is not simply about market growth. It reflects a change in consumer behaviour. According to a NielsenIQ survey, 53 percent of Indian consumers say they are actively taking charge of their health, while 64 percent look for clear and honest product information before making a purchase. Women, in particular, are becoming more informed about what they consume, scrutinising labels more closely and expecting brands to explain what their products contain and why those ingredients matter.

Yet significant nutritional gaps remain. The National Family Health Survey-5 found that 57.2 percent of Indian women aged 15 to 49 are anaemic. The figure highlights a longstanding nutritional challenge that continues even as awareness of wellness and preventive health grows.

These two trends point to a more nuanced opportunity. Women are looking for health solutions that reflect their individual needs and stages of life — whether that means managing hormonal changes, supporting bone health while balancing demanding careers, or addressing nutritional deficiencies such as iron deficiency. They are also looking for solutions that can be incorporated into everyday routines without adding unnecessary complexity.

For the industry, this calls for more than simply launching products under the banner of women’s wellness. It means clearer labelling, greater investment in research into conditions and nutritional needs that have historically received less attention, and products developed around evidence and real-life requirements rather than short-term wellness trends.

The shift is already becoming visible. More companies and brands in India are developing dedicated offerings around different stages of women’s health, from hormonal wellness and nutritional deficiencies to healthy ageing. The opportunity now is to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach and build products and information that recognise how women’s nutritional needs change over the course of their lives.

Women’s health is therefore moving from a largely reactive model towards a more preventive and personalised one. The next phase of the market will depend on how effectively brands can respond to that change with credible information, relevant products and solutions that women can realistically make part of their everyday lives.

India’s Gut Awakening: Why Fibre and Probiotics Are Moving into the Mainstream

Ask any Indian household about gut health, and you’ll probably hear about buttermilk after lunch, or your grandmother’s insistence on fermented rice, or the pickle jar that’s always within reach at the dinner table. None of this came from a nutrition textbook. It came from habit, passed down without anyone really questioning why it worked.

That’s starting to change. We now understand, with far more precision, how digestion ties into immunity, metabolism, and general wellbeing — it’s no longer treated as some isolated issue you deal with only when things go wrong. And alongside that shift, there’s been a real uptick in how much people know about fibre and probiotics, and why they matter.

The numbers back this up. India’s probiotics market sat at USD 8.31 billion in 2025, and projections put it at USD 25.01 billion by 2033 — a CAGR of 14.6% from 2026 onward. For context, the global average growth rate hovers around 8.2%. So India isn’t just keeping pace; it’s outrunning most of the world.

Right now, probiotic foods and drinks are pulling in the biggest chunk of that revenue, which tracks — it’s a lot easier to build a habit around something familiar, like a drink or a snack, than to remember to take a supplement every day. But supplements aren’t far behind. That segment is growing fast too, which says something about where consumer attitudes are headed: people seem increasingly willing to try more deliberate, science-backed approaches to gut health, not just the familiar food-based ones.

A handful of things are fueling this. Functional foods — ones that do more than just taste good — are having a moment. There’s simply more choice on shelves now than there used to be. Gut health as a topic has found its way into everyday conversation, helped along by both media coverage and plain old word of mouth. Plant-based eating and veganism have picked up real momentum. And a lot of people are now thinking about weight and preventive health earlier, before something actually goes wrong, rather than scrambling to fix it after.

In some ways, India already had a head start here. Fermented foods, plant fibres, nutrient-dense everyday ingredients — none of this is new to Indian kitchens. What’s changed is that science has finally caught up to what these traditions were doing all along, giving old habits a more concrete, evidence-backed reason to stick around.

Convenience plays a role too, and it’s worth not underestimating. People want wellness that doesn’t ask much of them — sometimes that’s a fortified food they were going to eat anyway, other times it’s a capsule or an effervescent tablet they can toss in a bag and forget about until they need it.

Put it all together, and what you’re really seeing is a shift in mindset. Fewer people are asking “how do I fix my gut once something’s wrong,” and more are asking “how do I just take care of it, day to day.” That question — quiet as it is — probably tells you more about where India’s gut health story is going more than any market figure does.
